Certificates are sent second class, which should mean you receive it within 7 working days after purchase.  If you have not received your ordered certificate after 7 working days, please contact us and we will escalate the matter for you so you can receive it as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 2 hours to receive your login course details.  If not, please contact us and we’ll get that sorted out immediately.

Yes, the courses are responsively designed meaning they will function on all devices.
